We also believe that it is our responsibility to share our expertise, gained from years of experience in the industry, with our clients. We educate our builders and their homeowners on our products, the package options that are available, and the benefits recieved from each package.

Builders

Would you like training for your purchasing, sales, or design center teams? Universal's Client Services Division can help! We provide group training, sales aids, and point-of-sale displays so your clients can see, touch, and feel our products at your location. Don't feel comfortable educating your customers on your own? Simply contact Beverly Jannelli to find out how you can send your clients to our Design Center and how we will educate your clients for you! Either way, our Client Services Division can assist you in providing improved products and services to your clients.

 

Our Team

Our Client Services Specialists are chosen for their industry knowledge, exceptional customer service and communication skills, and their love for educating others.

Beverly Jannelli - Beverly has 4 years experience in the window and door industry. She began her career as a customer service representative for a window and door manufacturer and became a trainer after only 1 year with the company. She joined Universal in March of 2005 and has since assisted in the launch of the Client Services Division. She is a Certified Training Generalist through Langevin Training Services.
