Full Installation
Universal installs 99% of everything it sells. With over 15 two man install crews, the Company is projected to install over 150,000 windows and doors in 2005.
Quality Control Program
The Company ensures every window and door it installs is completed per stringent company guidelines, the manufacturer's engineering details and the strict local building codes. If you visit one of the Company's job sites, you will inevitably run into the Field QC Manager or one of the QC Inspectors. These dedicated employees report directly to the owners.

Service After the Sale
Universal employs six factory authorized service technicians wearing pressed uniforms, driving new fully stocked service vans that arrive to their appointments on time.
Prior to the homeowner moving into their new home, the Service Technician will adjust all windows, fine tune the sliding glass doors, install the screens and make necessary repairs including replacing damaged glass.
